Toothless's Tongue!

I know it is random, but.... Toothless's Tongue!

Oh that is soooooo adorable! WOW! Yep, all other cute creatures hide their faces in shame when they see Toothless and his Tongue! The first one is adorable, and it shall be known officially as The nose-licky-I’m-so-incredibly-cute moment from this point on! Seriously though, even Toothless’s tongue has a real charm and even depth to it. Yep, I’m gonna go on a tongue ramble!

First: His tongue is adorable!  It is squishy and pink and slimy and long enough to come out of his mouth a fair distance. It is SO cute when he licks his nose or lets it loll out while flying! Having him use that funny, slimy tongue to show affection for Hiccup is also just so charming! Yeah, it is dog-like, but it is so much cuter than a dog! Why? See my second point!

Second: His tongue is forked! It is a full blown, rather freaky, maybe a little gross, forked tongue! He has a tongue fitting of a dragon, a tongue that doesn’t clash with the more frighting part of his nature. When he roars and it crumples back in his mouth, it really does give you a feeling of force and ferocity! So…once again, Toothless has a magical dual nature! This semi-freaky forked tongue in the mouth of a truly deadly creature becomes a tool for showing his boy affection! How sweet is that?! Toothless isn’t some puppy dog, he’s dangerous, but he is also so adorable! A forked tongue, a cute tongue, and yet another tiny aspect that makes Toothless so incredible and Hiccup SO lucky!
